- An extension of our dance program, this program is designed for teens of varying diagnoses with independent mobility.
- A fast-paced, high energy dance class that invites participants to explore various dance styles including jazz, hip hop, modern, zumba and improvisation while fostering friendships through group games and team building making this program a one-stop shop for expression, recreation, social time and a high-stamina work-out!
- Incorporates components of dance technique, free movement exploration, various genres of music, props, imagery, partner work and choreography
