Taking rest is not indulgent it is intelligent
We need to take supported rest for the health and well being of all of our systems of the body and for the good working order of our mind. This feature class is dedicated to the notion that less is more whilst using bolsters and props to support and restore. The first foundation of Mindfulness is Body and Breath Sensations and when we are able to come to complete rest with support we can sense into the body alot more.
Great for healing, nourishing and creating space for you to just be as you are.
With additional optional massage / movement techniques added in small doses along the way to add healing benefit
