Meditation is the journey inwards, a journey of self-discovery or, in fact, re-discovery. Meditation is time taken for quiet reflection and silence, away from the hustle and bustle of daily living.
On this course you will explore a type of meditation called Shoonya, a form of transformational mindfulness. Meditation is a state of being in that place just beyond every day consciousness, a space where spiritual empowerment begins.
Each week the course has a different focus:
Week 1 - Meditation made simple, apply an understanding of mindfulness and explore breathing techniques
Week 2 - Utilise simple guided meditations and navigate the eight steps to meditation
Week 3 - Learn how to transform tension and stress into relaxation and ease
Week 4 - Assess how we can choose where we focus our awareness. Understand how to use mindfulness to help us develop compassion and insight into our true nature.
All courses are non-refundable. We do not offer credits for missed sessions.
