Creating Your Practice ~ 4 week yoga series with Jen Myette Yoga
We will meet once a week for 2 hours where, with a true sense of community, we will study, practice, and continue on a path of self inquiry. In the container of a supportive group environment create and sustain a 20-30 minute home yoga practice that includes both asana and meditation.
If you’ve been wanting to try yoga but don’t know where to start or aren’t new to yoga but would like to extend your practice into your everyday life this series is for you.
Students will
*Learn, hone, and create a deeper connection with foundational asana postures. Establish a 20 minute home practice that serves as a platform to continue to add to as your practice grows.
*Create and sustain an accessible meditation practice with the support of the group over 4 weeks.
*Experience a small taste of yoga outside of the physical postures we do in our everyday classes so as to find what resonates with you.
*Connect with like minded people in a growing community of authenticity and support.
