Posture Analysis & Biomechanics is an intensive training in static Posture Analysis. Postural theory will be covered, and participants will learn to define postural deficiencies as defined by Florence Peterson Kendall. In addition, we will discuss appropriate session design for the improvement of noted postural deviations.

Learning Outcomes:
Students will assess client posture, interpret findings and classify into one of the 5 basic posture categories. Information gathered from this assessment will be used to design a massage therapy session specifically suited to address postural deviations.

This workshop is one of two prerequisite courses for those interested in pursuing Pilates Teacher Training.
