hold n' pow{h}er may be taught as an introduction to tap n' pow{h}er or as a mixed level sculpting class with a heavy emphasis on balance, strength, and tactile corrections.

Teachers in training for hold n' pow{h}er must be previously and currently certified teachers in the tap n' pow{h}er level one training method.

This certification is ideal for those with at least 3-6 months of actively leading tap n' pow{h}er classes.
