Learn how to strengthen your core and get back into exercising after giving birth! Whether you've given birth 2 months ago or 12 months ago, this 6-week class will help you regain your strength in a safe way with a friendly, supportive, compassionate community! Each class will have a 30-minute gentle strength training workout, followed by a 30-minute group coaching session where we'll help you set effective, achievable goals in this crazy stage of life. Bring your little ones with you!
You'll also get admission to a private Facebook group, where we'll talk about wins and struggles throughout the week, you can ask questions in a safe environment, and you'll get instructional videos for home workouts and easy meal ideas.
