In this progressive series, learn how to connect your body to your mind through breath, visualization, and mantras. Explore different meditation techniques to bring about clarity and stillness in your mind. Explore ways to harness energy in the body to cultivate positivity and clear away negativity.
Learn functional ways to incorporate relaxation in your everyday life.
Each class will include short lectures and discussion, breathing techniques and meditation.
Bring your yoga mat, meditation cushion or pillow, and a notebook.
Price for meditation series is $10 per session.
