In this workshop, yoga instructor Marsha Pappas will guide you through the basics of energy, anatomy, and the physical and psychological aspects of the 7 chakras. You will learn how to use them for self-examination and healing.
“We shift our perception so we can release the unconsciously
to allow for change and growth. By creating an inner dialogue with
practices like yoga nidra and the exploration of the subtle energy body
through chakra work, we can rewire. When the conscious and unconscious
meet, change happens... the more we interact with the unconscious, the
more we connect with our inner bliss.”
Marsha will also be teaching how to practice the 5 Tibetan Rites as a way to balance the chakras physically and energetically.
The Five Tibetan Rites is a system of exercises reported to be more than 2,500 years old which were first publicized by Peter Kelder in a 1939 publication titled The Eye of Revelation. The Rites are known to be a form of Tibetan yoga similar to the yoga series that originated in India.
