Through lecture, discussion, active demonstration, and the usage of our manual, we will map the alignment of arm balances, forearm stand and handstand. Learn how to demonstrate safe alignment in arm balances, forearm stand and handstand and communicate effective cues to use when guiding students into the postures and to provide guidance as to how to offer variations to modify, advance, or correct the postures.
Prerequisite: Must already have a 200 hr. yoga teacher training or be enrolled in our current Yoga & Wholistic Arts 200 hr. Teacher Training
