Description
This will be a FUN, INTERACTIVE Workshop. Who is this workshop
for? Virtually anyone who wants to learn more about
appropriate touch to help heal the body. You will learn how
to give a simple but effective Thai massage. Maybe you are a
licensed massage therapist looking to expand your knowledge and
skill set, or a yoga teacher RYT and want to learn more ways to
assist, touch and help people heal? Or maybe you would like to buy
your loved one, friends and family member a massage but cost
prevents you? Here is the perfect solution - learn how to give them
a massage yourself! It's fun to do and your family and friends will
be delighted.
Brad Offutt, LMT, E-RYT 500 will guide you through a routine that
you will be able to take with you and use on family members,
friends loved ones for no charge, or for a fee with clients (if
your a Licensed Massage Therapist).
Often described as 'lazy yoga' this amazing therapy uses
acupressure, energy line massage and applied yoga-based stretches
to align the body, increase flexibility and relieve tension. Thai
massage is especially beneficial for lower back problems, hips and
legs and provides a full body feeling of rejuvenation. It is an
excellent accompaniment to regular yoga, helping to release areas
of restriction and thus improve yoga practice but is also good for
people who do not practice yoga but need the benefits of
stretching.
Thai massage is applied through loose clothing on a futon and
although hour sessions are possible if particular areas of the body
are concentrated on, for a full body massage 90 mins or 2 hours is
advisable.
Brad Offutt is a 500 hour certified Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga©
500 E-RYT (Tier 3 1,200 hours) instructor, Brad has studied with
Anthony Robbins with the RMT training centers and is a Life
Coach/Strategic Interventionist. Brad's training in Thai Massage
entails many teachers, including Robert Gardner. Additional

Thailand to learn more about the art of Thai Massage. He lived and
trained there for 6 weeks expanding his knowledge and learning
energy work including Sen lines there. Brad leads yoga teacher
trainings, yoga classes and yoga retreats. Brad practices taking
life a little lighter.
