A non-refundable $500.00 deposit is due at time of registration. The remaining balance is due 61 days prior to the camp (unless special accommodations have been made) and will be billed automatically. The credit card information used for the deposit will be billed unless otherwise arranged with the TotalCyclist accounting department. We also offer a monthly payment plan.

Cancellation:
If a registered rider has to cancel for any reason, his or her deposit may not be refunded depending on when he or she cancels. Additional cancellation fees may also apply.

Cancellation Fees:
If you have to cancel for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded. Additional cancellation fees are based on how far in advance we receive your cancellation notice in writing or thru email notification.

Refund Policy: 50% refund 60-90 days out. (This camp is unique because the vendor requires us to put down a high deposit.)

If you decide to purchase the contract options, we will bill your Credit card each month for the remaining balance divided by the months you have left until camp starts.

Please be aware that the Monthly Payment Plan is a contractual agreement between yourself and TotalCyclist. Sign up and each equal monthly payment thereafter is pro-rated based on your sign-up date. The number of payments will be equal to the number of months between your sign-up date and the month of the camp. We will automatically charge your credit card on the first of every month.

IF YOU CANCEL THE CONTRACT, WE WILL REMOVE ALL FUTURE PAYMENTS BUT YOUR PAYMENTS TIL THAT DATE OF CANCELLATION WILL BE FORFEITED.

If we (TotalCyclist®) have to cancel a camp for any reason, we will refund you the full amount including your deposit within 30 days of trip cancel. We cannot however be responsible for expenses incurred with airline tickets or any other travel related expenses.
