Join us for 40 Days of asana, meditation and inquiry work! 40 Days provides a fantastic way to dive deeper into your asana practice, develop or resume a meditation practice and meet other HMPY Community members. We will work with a different theme each week, as well the 12 Laws of Transformation. Whether you've never done 40 days, or have done it several times, there's something in it for everyone!

You will need to sign up for the 40 Days for $40 if you are not already on an unlimited pass. You will need a mat and journal for each meeting. Come ready to move.
