Self-care includes breast care!
Breast tissue health is strongly tied to circulation and drainage. Breast massage mobilizes breast tissue and promotes blood and lymph circulation. Massage can help relieve pain, congestion, and edema (swelling).
Boomerang RMT Krisha Arbour will be teaching you gentle, effective self-massage strategies to add a wonderful layer of self-care to your life.
Alison will be presenting movements and stretches to target chest and shoulder muscles that affect circulation and function in the area of your breast tissue. No, you can't “exercise” your breasts, but you can exercise all the areas around them and make a difference... because it's all connected!
You will recive a take home package of exercises and self-massage techniques for continued use in your every-day life.
This is a 2.5 hour workshop.
