There are infinite options for how one might sequence a yoga practice. The conscious order of components within a yoga practice is essential to designing a safe and effective program. This 10-hour workshop is designed for yoga teachers and practitioners interested in creating yoga practices designed to best meet a set intention while adapting to the specific needs of practitioners. Practices will include understanding how to build stability, pose preparation/compensation, and designing safe practices. This workshop will also include discussion, modeling, and practice of observational methods such as observing movement patterns, breathing feedback, and non-verbal cues. 10 Yoga Alliance CEUs will be available for participation in both days of training.
