Arm balances are beautiful ways to test our limits and explore our 'edge' with directed energy and when paired with good intentions, you will be AMAZED at what your body can do!
Dive into the FUNdamentals in this Workshop and learn the essential elements to enter and exit arm balances safely and with confidence! We will also explore fascinating ways to incorporate these postures with a guided sequence to strengthen the core, arms and wrists, while also incorporating the use of an inversion training bench to empower you to try that headstand with safety and stability! All while enjoying an approachable journey to these postures.

** workshop is taught in a heated environment at 85 degrees. Please be prepared for a heated practice with water, and appropriate yoga attire and mat towel if necessary ***
