An introduction to Aerial Yoga with our Aviana Yoga trained instructors. This swath of soft fabric, suspended from the ceiling, supports your body in poses and allows your body to work against gravity, helping you get deeper into stretches. It also means you can do many supported inversions, which results in health benefits unique to aerial yoga. Suspension in the air releases tension on the bones and muscles, increasing flexibility and deepening your practice. Suspended yoga strengthens core muscles and increases spinal and shoulder flexibility.
