The course dives into sequencing to a peak pose (or peak poses), and teaches how to be prepared to modify up or down according to the needs of students in the room. You will leave with multiple class templates, including a beginners class, an all levels class sequence focusing on backbends, and another all levels sequence focusing on hip openers/ arm balances.
You will learn a tried and true method to introduce new poses in your classes, how to counterpose effectively, and how to use sequencing to advance your students’ practices over time.
