This 10-hour workshop will include discussion of yoga’s teachings on states of mind (vyasa), models of energy (gunas, brahmana, and langhana), and tools to manage anxiety and depression. It is designed for anyone who is interested in gaining tools to strengthen emotional health. 10 Yoga Alliance CEUs will be available for participation in both days of training.
