Yoga philosophy shares many elements with positive psychology. In this 10-hour workshop, we will discuss the research from positive psychology, including cognitive reframing (pratipaksha bhavana), cultivating gratitude, and developing flow. This workshop will include lecture, group discussion, and guided practice. 10 Yoga Alliance CEUs will be available for participation in both days of training.
