The end of the year can easily becoming the busiest time of year
as we get caught up in the holidays. All of that joy can turn into
stress and we can miss out on the good stuff if we aren’t careful.
With this workshop we will learn how to incorporate aspects of our
yoga practice into to our everyday lives including calming
postures, breath work, meditation, and yoga nidra. We will also
utilize some of our everyday tools to help with the business of the
holiday season with things like essential oils, food and
We will spend the first 45 minutes of the workshop discussing tools we have around us everyday and putting those tools into practice. The next 55 minutes will be a combination of Deep Stretch and Restorative yoga to give you some postures that help calm the central nervous system down. The remaining 20 minutes will be for Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation to completely relax you.
I will also be sending you home with a small gift to help you continue your self care through the rest of the holiday season.
