Join us for a 4-week series on Self Myofascial Release and Cold Stretch Techniques Workshop to support your Yoga Asana Practice. This workshop will provide education and techniques on how to properly and safely use foam rollers, mobility balls and cold stretches to prepare areas of the body for Yoga Asana (postures).
We will have foam rollers and mobility balls available for use, but feel free to bring your own personal equipment.
Please note the days and times below:
Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- This first initial workshop will include additional time for education on the fascial system and its impact on mobility and ease in Yoga posture.
- Specific mobility work will be taught to prepare for Warrior 3 Posture (Virabhadrasana III
Sunday, February 23, 2020 from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
- Specific mobility work will be taught to prepare for Side Angle Posture (Utthita Parsvakonasana)
Sunday, March 1, 2020 from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
- Specific mobility work will be taught to prepare for Camel Posture (Ustrasana)
Sunday, March 8, 2020 from 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
- Specific mobility work will be taught to prepare for Locust Posture (Salabhasana)
