Cardio Beats is a fun and energetic way to “pound” through the stress of the holiday season with some of your favorite hit songs.  Fusing together drumstick fitness and cardio dance, this unique class will focus on raising the heart rate, strengthening the legs, arms and especially the core.  You will leave sweaty and smiling with this fitness disguised as fun workout. This will be a limited release FREE class Wednesdays in December (12/4, 12/11, 12/18) at 6 p.m. at South Run Baptist.
