Talk with your-body in ways that will shift your e-motions and change your body sensations. Essential breathing methods to open and close your vascular system and flush your circulation while we sit still. Distinguish the sensations of rest-digest (under-breathing) from fight-flight (over-breathing). Then, isolate your vagus nerve (the breathing nerve) to amplify your ability to communicate with your body’s experience. Relax your nervous system and soften your muscles with small, gentle movements. Essential self-care techniques that will loosen your “tech-neck” and re-align your “driver’s pelvis”. Make lasting change to your posture. Traction (pull apart) your upper spine to release the pressure on your heart. Open your chest to loosen your “tech-neck”. Isolate your thigh bone from your pelvis to easily correct the effects of sitting for 30% (or more!) of your life. Bend backwards without back pain. Put weight on your arms with happy shoulders.
