The promise of this workshop is to give participants the tools, insight, and awareness to the upper body that will take their practice from where it is now to a place they never thought possible. This edition of Mindful Movement and Mobility will cover the thoracic and cervical spine, shoulders, elbows/forearms, wrists and hands. Cole and Molly will use body mechanics, functional strengthening and dynamic mobility to give students a greater access to their true north alignment and maximum potential on their mat.
