Peace Jam for Middle Schoolers at Namaste. Each week the kids will learn about a Nobel Laureate, their culture, and what they did to win the award. They will also snack on food from the different regions we study (their favorite part!) .  Each week will also include mindfulness practices (yoga and meditation) for inner peace.  Finally, they will plan a few service projects to do together locally (usually we coordinate with Echo).  If you want more information on the curriculum, check out peacejam.org.  

We will meet 8 Thursdays 3:30-5. December 12/5 and 12/12 and 1/9 , 1/23 (canceled), 1/30, 2/6, 2/13, 2/20, 2/24.

Cost $100 or $20/week for drop in.
