Immerse yourself into the power of Yin Yoga
This 30-hour training is designed for both 200-hour certified yoga instructors and dedicated yoga students looking to dive more deeply into:
- the theory and history of Yin Yoga,
- posture study,
- safe and effective sequencing,
- introduction to meridian and chakra theory,
- the power of pranayama (breathwork).
Yin yoga is the calming practice of passive postures with longer holds of 3-5 minutes at a time, focusing on the connective tissues of the body (fascia). We have become an extremely yang health culture and as a result, the need for yin-focused practice has become increasingly popular (and necessary).
You don’t need to have the yearning to teach, just an openness to fully immerse yourself in the practice of yoga.
