Paint Your Heart Workshop

In this class you will connect with your heart. We will pause and ask our hearts what it needs right now. We will explore with color, form, and our imaginations. It is the Year 2020 and we will give your brain a rest and let your heart lead. This type of painting is Intentional creativity, where we bring our heart, mind, soul, and body into the process of creating a painting. It is a fun, spontaneous way to clear, renew, and refresh.
No Painting experience Necessary.

Light snacks will be provided.
