Welcome to the Upside Down!
In this 3-part series, you'll explore what it feels like to be upside down, build strength using a yoga hammock to support you & learn to relax off the ground. The Yoga Hammock helps beginner and experienced students discover and expand their yoga practice through inversion and play.
We'll spend 75 minutes together for three tuesday nights including a basic mindful mat warm up, targeted yoga hammock work as well as free exploration and play. Class is limited to five students. One instructor and one assistant will help you navigate the ins and outs of your yoga hammock.

Special Instructions
This class is designed for beginners to yoga and upside down, though some fitness level is suggested. Hammocks are designed to support 250 lbs. Folks with blood pressure issues, cardiac problems or who may be pregnant are discouraged.
