The Feldenkrais Method uses movement as a vehicle to help individuals clarify their habits and preferences in their everyday functional actions. By slowing down, efforting less and becoming more aware of our habits, we can choose to let go of what limits us and open ourselves to our greatest potential.
In this workshop we will explore whole body movement sequences that free the hips.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Wearing layers is helpful, as most of the lessons will be done lying on the floor.
