108 Sun Salutations seems like a daunting task. But just like any mountain climb it begins with a good plan and a single step. These 108’s are broken into 3 sets of 12 salutations that repeat 3 times. Each salutation features a pose and each set features a class of poses. It’s systematic, elegantly sequenced, fun and doable. There are modifications built in that match your strength and flexibility. Good alignment is stressed as is having a gloriously good time. Did I mention that after each set we take a 3 minute break? Believe you me, you’ll enjoy that short rest and be ready for the next round!
