Join other HMPY women on a weekend getaway of yoga asana, meditation, self inquiry and time to connect with one another.

We'll escape a short distance away, just enough to disengage from our daily lives, to take some time for ourselves and connect as women in this amazing community. 

All expenses are covered from your arrival to your departure. Transportation to and from are not included in the price of the retreat.

Michelle will be the lead facilitator for the weekend.
