Learn to shift vibration with the science and magic of sound. This three-hour workshop will prepare you to:

• explain what sound healing is – and isn’t
• understand the mechanics and vocabulary of sound
• apply the fundamentals of western tonal music in your sound practice
• play with a variety of crystal bowl types and techniques
• make educated choices in selecting, using, and caring for your own crystal bowls

No experience necessary. Crystal singing bowls will be provided during the workshop for exploration and practice.
