Join us for a night of meaningful movement. Yin yoga is a
practice of long-held, deeply relaxing
poses that open and energize the body, restoring youthful joint
mobility as you deeply nourish
yourself. In today’s hectic world, Yin Yoga encourages us to slow
down and find balance in our
stress-filled, over-scheduled lives.
Julie will lead you through a series of deeply soothing and
revitalizing yin yoga postures
followed by a guided savasana. Using essential oils in our yoga
practice can enhance the effects and deepen our experience
significantly.
Integrating aromatherapy into your yoga and healing practice will
restore balance and promote
health and well-being. Come to learn how yin yoga combined
with essential oils can relieve
stress, improve sleep, reduce body tension and quiet the mind with
class discussion and Q & A for helpful tips and recommended
lifestyle changes.
