This yoga workshop will begin with a gentle warm-up, followed by an all-levels Vinyasa Flow. This flow is for everyBody and will leave you feeling recharged. 
Next, we’ll invite the body to relax and release with an hour’s worth of restorative poses.

During these poses, you will have the opportunity to receive Vermont Farmacy’s CBD Herbal Salve on sore muscles and joints.
