Kundalini Yoga, the Yoga of Awareness, as taught by Yogi Bhajan:
Dhyan Priti Kaur (Winnie Alexander) will lead 4 Kundalini Yoga sessions in January and February 2020. Each session will introduce you to Bandas, Mantra, Kriya, Pranayama, and Sound Relaxation.  Kriya topics will include Spinal Energy, Navel Point Awareness, Detoxification, and Resetting the Nervous System. Kundalini Yoga is the most powerful of the yogas, connecting you to the true self, your true consciousness.
