Flip the world up-side-down. Practice and learn inversions (maybe that you were always too afraid to try or even think) about in a safe, no pressure environment. Our wonderful teacher, Jackie, will guide you through yoga flows warming up the body for specific inversions, such as baby crow, crow, 8 angled and headstand. Then, together, the class will break down the poses, and practice them in a way that is tailored to your level.
No experience is necessary. We will be learning and practicing safe and fundamental preparatory poses, as well as various modifications and variations.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to get settled. Also, bring a yoga mat, towel and a water.
