BUTI Basics 4-Week Series - Get ready to take a deep dive into BUTI theory with Adrienne. This 4-week series is timed just right to get your foundational BUTI practice firmly in place before the potential chaos of the holiday season. In 4 consecutive Saturdays, Adrienne will cover BUTI history, style and meaning, Class Structure, Kundalini energy and the energetic body. You’ll explore the nature and reasoning behind Spiral Structure Technique®, learn core muscular structure and how to get those trademark BUTI abs. We’ll learn how and why the galvanizing practice of BUTI is considered yoga and how the 6,000 year old practice is so closely related to traditional Eastern yoga. Adrienne will take you through asana, yogic movement and transitions expected in a full length BUTI class. She will then close the series out with a high energy movement sesh dedicated to tribal dance, primal movement, musicality and glute isolation techniques. Each class in the series will consist of learning followed by movement. At the end of the series you will be prepared to move, feel and release in BUTI yoga with confidence, allowing the magic of the practice to flow uninhibited. Let your BUTI transformation begin.
