Each week a different leader will guide you through a specialized area of Holistic self-care that will come together and ultimately create your very own personalized complete lifestyle program. This is the year to create the life you've been striving for.
This program is donation based and all profits from this course will go directly to the Purusha Seva Project which provides yoga, life skills, wellness and holistic health to underserved and at-risk populations.
Kathy Gehlken - Registered Dietitian, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Teacher will facilitate each session and share how to move toward your own best wellness in the most compassionate and sane way.
Caitlin Hildebrand - Nurse practitioner and Yoga Teacher will share her knowledge about optimum metabolic health and how to incorporate that into your thinking about health.
Rachel Goudey - Psychologist, Yoga Therapist and educator will share how to make meditation and mindfulness a part of your wellness journey.
Joy Ravelli - Founder and Director of Purusha Yoga School, Seva and Studio will share how to utilize the ancient science of yoga (particularly the ethical and social precepts called the Yamas and Niyamas) in achieving your wellness goals.
Stephanie Foley - Personal Trainer and Yoga Teacher will share how to make fitness goals holistic and how to start where you are to achieve your own best health.

Week 6 - Daily Routine in Maintaining Health and Final Wellness Coaching (Kathy Gehlken)
