Would you like to learn more about yoga, but don't know where to start? Or have you been away from your yoga practice and need a refresher? This workshop and series led by Susan Polk, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT and owner of Be Happy allows you more time to explore the benefits and philosophy of yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, basic poses and proper alignment. Susan takes her yoga very seriously but with a hint of humor! Leave any intimidation or fear at the door. This class will be adapted for Every Body! Each class builds on the other in this series. Start the new year out right and learn the best techniques for your self-care. Opening class is two hours, all other classes in series are 90 minutes. Mats, props as well as handouts provided. Must pre-register to attend.
