Playfully blending elements of Aerial and AcroYoga, we present something unique this Valentine's Day. Using Aerial Hammock as the primary support to elevate this practice into partner acrobatics, students will take turns exploring the roles of “flyers” and “bases”.
We will guide you through a smooth Acro partner flow on the ground before presenting the acrobatic partner elements in the air. Each partner move will first be demonstrated by the instructors before having you go off in your duos.
Whether you are newer to the practice of Aerial Yoga or a seasoned practitioner, adding the acrobatic partner portion to your practice may be just what you've been looking for to add some spice to your routine!
