Join Sifu Chris for a 3 Hour Workshop focused on one of our 8 Qigong Training Principles. He will guide you through an exploration of all three levels - Physical, Emotional and Mental.
This 8 workshop training series is presented on the last Sunday BEFORE a Principle focused month and serves as an introduction to the Qigong Principle of that upcoming month.
While each Principle builds on the previous one, they are independent training concepts and can be attended individually.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat soled, flexible shoes or, if preferred, a natural foot is welcome.
