Participate in block 2 of the Vimana Yoga Teacher Training. This block will focus on the 84 class, as well as Para Yoga and Ashtanga. You will learn inversions, arm balancing, meditation, and more complicated breathing techniques. This block is part 2 of 4. Good towards CEU through YA or as part of our full 200 RYT program.

Hatha/Flow/ Fusion / Interval based yoga training --
This training will help you find strength in what you already know- as you learn how postures
work together to create success for your students. This practice starts with some familiar
beginning postures and builds into intelligent flow that incorporates classic 84 postures, as
well as many other styles of yoga. This practice has a base of two set sequenced classes.
Once these sequences are learned we will show you that these two classes are so much more than meets the eye. These base sequences will be the building blocks to developing your own flow classes. The second half of a Fusion class is considered more restorative - focusing on Supine backbends - hip openers - and variations to Head to knee and gate poses. We will cover lotus and more advanced postures - as well as Arm Balancing and Inversions. This class feeds off of variety and variations. We will focus on how to teach Shoulder Stand and Supported SS- Pose and Counterpose - Building or warm up postures to Inversions - Linked sequences - Sun G’s and other Ghosh Salutes ( Gods and goddesses) Lucky Pose -- and the External vs internal rotation - binds - Mudras and grips for advanced binds and options for advanced postures. Prana Vayus, Chakras, and beginnings Kriya Yoga techniques.
