Healthy posture can not only make you look good, but it is essential to feeling great! Come join Dani Glassman, RYT-500, LMT to learn about the key components to optimal posture, common issues that occur as a result of living in world with computers, smart phones, desk jobs and excessive sitting, and how yoga and mindful movement can help.
In this 4-week series, we will:
- Learn about the natural curves of the spine and the importance
of pelvic alignment and core strength.
- Build awareness and identify imbalances in the body by
assessing your unique posture and lifestyle.
- Learn specific yoga postures and movements that will address
your issues to work toward correcting imbalances and creating a
healthier posture.
- Take your newly developed awareness of your alignment and incorporate it into your day-to-day life.
