Yin-Press and Meditate - Elemental Series with Tammy Williams
We are adding a little Vin (Vinyasa/Flow) to this series below particularly targetting spine/back fluidity & stability of the pelvis (representing the element of water) Those who came to the first in the series - we will roll slightly new areas of the kidney line / energy channel.
These classes combine Yin Yoga , Accupressure with breif use of Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls & Soft Corgeous Balls along with Yoga Nidra Meditation. Each class in the series will focus on a key element and its associated qualities and functions and offer poses , mudras and specific breathing exercises (pranayama) to help promote Mindfulness and Chi/Energy Flow.
This particular class will focus on the Element of Water and its physcial and subtle body characteristics. A mini chi flow, along with Yin Postures that help nourish lower back and thoracic with subtle twists , hip and heart opening in different ways. We will highlight themes associated with the kidney & bladder meridian (energy channels) to promote free flow of energy in its different forms (subtle and physcial) Enjoy specific sounds, pressure points and optional essential oils layered in this Mindful expression designed to help you slow down, become un-stuck, Yin-Press & Meditate.

If you have your own bolster and Yoga Tune Up balls you are welcome to BYO or we have them at the studio to lend.
