In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

About the instructor:

Hari Bhavan Kaur has been practicing a Kundalini Yoga Lifestyle since 2012. She received her level one teacher training from first generation teachers,  Mukta Kaur Khalsa and Gurusahay Singh Khalsa of Dunwoody, GA. Additionally, she is 200 hour Kripalu yoga certified, certified life coach, and a licensed Advanced Massage Therapist since 2007, practicing out of A Mindful Movement in Roswell. Hari Bhavan is passionate about helping others feel safe and  empowered to discover, explore and re-educate old patterns within the Body and mind.
