About Tammy Williams (Course Facilitator)
Tammy Williams has been delivering Mindfulness Training and Courses
open to the public since 2007 and prior to that in clinical nursing
settings during her Nursing Career of more than twenty five years.
Tammy has travelled world wide to study with world renowned
Yoga & Meditation Teachers / Authors from various lineages and
continues to attend several Trainings and Silent Retreats ongoing
to maintain her personal and prodessional practice. She specialises
in offering Teacher Training and Private / Therapeutic Programs
based on various lineages of Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation for
all walks of life, including those who need support with pain
management , cancer, &/or who have experienced trauma,
addiction. She has also consulted for Private Health Retreats &
Relapse Prevention Programs, Yoga Studios and Corporate
