Our BROGA® Chill: Yoga for Men 4-week special series is structured specifically for men, with a focus on strength, stability and mobility. Each class is formatted to make poses accessible to all body types and levels of strength and flexibility. This class is complimentary to other cardio and strength-training activities; it's great for those who are inflexible, or who have no prior yoga experience. The instructor will guide you through the class with clear and specific instructions. All you need is to wear a comfortable t-shirt and athletic shorts!
No prior experience of any kind required; all levels are welcome. Mats are provided.
