Join guest facilitator, Robin Martin, Dr. Dale Bartek, and Will Vargas for an 8-hour Yoga Mobility System Training. In this 8-hour training, participants will gain an understanding of the key concepts of mobility, anatomy and joint function.
You’ll also learn factors, such as lifestyle and stresses, that impact how we move, the difference between mobility vs. flexibility, biomechanics, a 3-phase mobility system, and mobility drill flows to use in your own yoga practice or to use as a teacher in your classes!

About the Facilitators...
Robin Martin, ERYT 200, 500
Robin discovered yoga in 2000 after the urging of a friend. Always active, she loved that yoga not only offered a physical workout, but a calming of the mind. A stressful job and two girls later, Robin realized that she wanted to share her passion for yoga. She earned her 200 hour RYT from YogaMedicine in 2011 and is continuing to study with Tiffany Cruikshank for her 500 hour certification. Robin is a dedicated acroyogi as well and studies weekly with Lux Sternstein. You can find her teaching regular yoga classes in the Seattle area, or leading retreats and workshops nationally and internationally.
Dr. Dale Bartek PT, DPT
Dale Bartek is a Physical Therapist and performance enhancement specialist with nearly a decade of elite-level training experience and advanced skills in manual therapy, dry needling, and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC). Prior to receiving his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos CA, Dale received his BA in biology at Piedmont College (GA), where he was a 4 year member of the NCAA baseball team.
Will Vargas CPT, LMT
Will Vargas is a Neuromuscular Massage Therapist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with over 15 years professional experience. Will’s affinity with the human body and it’s capabilities has influenced him to immerse himself in many physical disciplines such as: Gymnastics, Yoga, Strength and Conditioning, Calisthenics, Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. Will facilitates workshops nationwide specializing in “Movement Efficiency” and works full time as a High Performance Coach.
