In observance of National Nutrition Month, our very own Brooke, RYT, Holistic Nutrition Professional & Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach will be offering a 4-part educational series to help you make changes to your current eating habits and behaviors that truly serve your highest health and happiness goals.
During this series, you will work together to get clear on your goals and needs around food and nutrition, learn about your specific constitutional type and which foods are best suited to you, create an action plan based on your goals and needs, and gain the tools, habits and best practices to keep going after the series has completed — all while providing the structure and accountability to help you create habits that stick.
You’ll learn how to use food in a way that is truly fueling and nourishing your unique body and life.
